I am obviously a HUGE Thai food fan. Launching my own Thai food brand CurrySimple in 2006 can probably confirm that. People often ask me what are some of my own personal favorite recipes for my products. I have so many! One that stands out is what I often cook for larger dinner parties. I stir-fry the spicy Green Curry Sauce with fresh vegetables and serve it over a wheat rotini pasta. There is no doubt this is an absolute crowd pleaser. Is it easy to make? Just check out the video!
