I am obviously a HUGE Thai food fan. Launching my own Thai food brand CurrySimple in 2006 can probably confirm that. People often ask me what are some of my own personal favorite recipes for my products. I have so many! One that stands out is what I often cook for larger dinner parties. Adding Recipes to a website can be rather time consuming. SnazzyGourmet.com is a project I have been working on for a few years now.
