I started my entrepreneurial life back in 2005 way before starting Private Label.
I launched CurrySimple based on a simple idea of how people find it hard to make authentic Thai sauces at home.
By the end of December 2005, our ready-to-heat Thai sauces had been approved by the FDA. And from this moment was the beginning.

CurrySimple Business Model
By 2009, the CurrySimple product line contained 19 different Thai sauces.
The business model has been split into two.
The manufacturing in Thailand and the distribution to retail and wholesale in the U.S.A. We sold it via our website and over 150 different retail stores.
Back then, we would get 400 orders a month through email alone.

How to Depend on Yourself?
While people are figuring out how to run a whole business with AI and press buttons abruptly without learning anything, the people who really win are those who do everything themselves at first.
After setting everything up for the product development and launching new items, my main focus was marketing, while delegating other tasks like fulfillment, distribution, and accounting to 2 employees only.
Our marketing included things like free delivery for orders over $100, free samples at the farmers market, opting in more than 10,000 subscribers to our email list, and, of course, SEO.

How to Make It Happen?
Customer satisfaction is the real determinant of your business success, not the revenue.
If you focus on providing the best experience, your sales will increase accordingly.
So, be proactive about solving your customer problems and be there 24\7, try to set up review-requesting flows on your email services, and incentivize your customers to leave reviews with contests on social media and discounts.
