I’m the founder and CEO of Private Label, a hair-extension and beauty-supply powerhouse serving thousands of stylists, salon owners, and entrepreneurs worldwide.

What started in 2014 as a side hustle running out of a small office in Atlanta has grown into a multimillion-dollar brand with retail showrooms, a wholesale platform, and a dropshipping app that helps others launch their own businesses.

In 2021, I published Fearless Beauty: The Hair Business Blueprint, a book that mixes my personal story with tactical lessons on building a brand from the ground up.

It’s been called a must-read for aspiring beauty entrepreneurs, and it represents my belief that success comes from failing forward, staying consistent, and always playing the long game.
