I was out to Chipotle last week with Kendall Ficklin, an Atlanta based author and speaker. I first met Kendall back in 2014 when he spoke at the Luxury Hair Direct National Conference. He actually kicked off the conference and set the pace for the amazing day. During lunch we were trading stories, marathon training secrets and business ideas. Later that night I was preparing to host my weekly conference call for the distributors of Luxury Hair Direct. I usually give updates, products & compensation plan training and answer all sorts of distributor questions. This was the first call of 2015 and really wanted to set the pace for our team. I reached out to Kendall to see if he could hop on the call for 15 minutes and really set the pace for the year. Kendall Ficklin brought the power on the call! I later received great feedback from the distributors on the call about how fired up they were and ready to make it happen this year.
